Creative Director



James is the heart and sole of Mix Media Events – starting in theatrical lighting at the age of 11, he has now over 10 years experience in events covering concerts, large scale tour and roadshows, corporate events, weddings, product and press launches and thousands of other events. .

James’ passion is lighting and creating that ‘goose bump’ felling when a event is set up, ready to go and the guests are walking in with their breath taken away. He strives for excellence and to create a boutique event for his clients on every event he manages.


James’ other hobbies include his family and much loved Golden Retriever; Forrest, supporting West Ham United and cheerleading

Danielle Williams

SPFX & Event Manager



Danielle has only recently joined the Mix Media Events team as a general event manager specializing in our special effects requirements.
Danielle helps push our company and in turn your events to the next level, adding the final touches and finesse to the events.

Danielle’s hobbies include enjoying a nice glass of wine at the end of a long week and also running her cheerleading club – iCheer in Auckland.
